Not James and Irina Bertini, whose venture, Denver Urban Homesteading, runs year-round, every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The market features fresh foods from within a 100-mile radius (or at least from somewhere in Colorado), including everything from raw honey and goat's milk to heritage turkeys, hand-canned sauerkraut and grass-fed buffalo meat.
