The Saucy Noodle
Denver, CO 80209
The slurpiest, most garlicky plate of spaghetti can be had at this longtime Denver favorite, which was down but not out when a fire gutted it in 2000. The new space has been updated and expanded, but the red-checkered tablecloths and Frank Sinatra songs are still there, as is the sign: "If you don't like garlic, go home."
Tips from foursquare
Baked ravioli and Chianti - meatball and blue cheese dressing!
Half order of spaghetti with a meatball is a perfect to-go order. Comes with a great salad.
Carmamelized onion and garlic soup served au gratin with asiago cheese -- eat it!
I'm a big dude, and a whole order of pasta is too much. Homemade gorgonzola dressing on the salad.
Lasagna is best around
