Westword's Description

Chef Jack Mok and his crew have essentially created two menus: one full of sesame beef, orange-peel chicken, pork dumplings, wonton soup and mu shu everything, and a secondary lineup that subtly pushes the more authentic cuisine of China and Shanghai, including fabulous Peking duck. The staff is friendly, if slightly clueless -- like an entire crew imported from the closest Applebee's and suddenly made to sell Chinese radish soup and shrimp poppers -- and the room is big, comfortable and chain-restaurant casual.

IMO the best Chinese in the Broomfield-Boulder area. Kills PF Changs. The first half of the menu are American style Chinese favorites, but the back half are where the traditional specialties are listed. Highly recommend the scallion pancakes, soy-braised pork hock, and amazing peking duck.

The specials are almost always better than the standard menu fare. Their Pad Thai is AMAZING!

Special orders do not upset them. I like my peanuts cooked with the Kung Pao
