Description

Westword's Description

This dark, subterranean enclave has seen decades of diners come and go in Cherry Creek North. The kitchen cooks up nostalgic American classics for the regulars who fill the plush, high chairs and wooden booths, and the bar mixes stiff cocktails for the regulars who belly up to a bar that still shows the burn marks of the cigarettes once allowed inside. Owner Rodney Utz caters to an older, often divorced crowd, people looking for a comfortable spot to find food and drinks outside the house -- a spot that also has a real sense of community.

Cheap classic meals on the menu. Great place to have a few drinks and some simple fare. "More Info" for review:

Came here off a Groupon. Tasted like high school cafeteria food. Guess who is not coming back. And the place is full of old single men...which is fine...if that is your thing i guess.
