Red Star Deli - CLOSED
Denver, CO 80202
When Red Star Deli opened in early 2012, it was part of an ambitious plan to turn the former Mise en Place Cooking School into Studio F, a spot for sporadic pop-up dinners, chef meals and other special culinary events. And the rest of the time, co-founder James Mazzio would be running the Red Star Deli, a little spot in front of Studio F that serves breakfast and lunch on weekdays. Although Mazzio was gone within six months, Red Star Deli remains. Although the menu is limited, everything on it is choice and made with the best possible ingredients -- a welcome addition to LoDo, no matter who's behind the counter.
Tips from foursquare
The breakfast sandwiches are awesome and relatively inexpensive.
Great sandwiches. Always check the specials. But be warned: overpriced.
