Prost stands out amongst the numerous craft breweries in Denver by only brewing pilsners, bocks, dunkels and other light German lagers. The LoHi brewery also possesses one of the largest brewhouses in the state -- a gorgeous seventy-barrel system that the owners acquired from a brewery that was closing in the famous beer-making region of Bamberg, Germany.
Tips from foursquare
I usually wouldn't recommend this beer to anyone but then again this isn't your average Pilsner. Try the Prost Pils. Great on a hot summer day.
Commit to the Maß.
Dogs are allowed on their patio
Fun fact: Prost means "cheers" in German!
Mondays are 2 for 1 growler fills. Take home some superb German brew!
