Located in a charming, house-like building in the heart of The Hill, a neighborhood filled with college students, Cafe Aion attracts an older crowd by blurring the line between dining out and dinner party. The owners -- who are scarcely older than those college students -- conceived of their restaurant while skiing, and they did all the renovation work themselves. They also worked hard on the menu, which focuses on small plates made from seasonal ingredients. During brunch on a summer weekend, the sweeping outdoor veranda is a prime spot for French-press coffee and a crossword puzzle.

Best croissant in Boulder. Amazing brunch and I've never had to wait!
The staff’s knowledge and craft seems to trickle from the top down, and everyone behaves as if they have a personal stake in both presentation and taste. Recommended: Moroccan spiced pork.
Modern Mediterranean tapas joint. Don't miss the pulled pork paired with apricots or the butternut squash tagine. Tapas $2-$12; entrees $19-$28. "More Info" for review:
Wheat pancakes are the bomb, so is the chai tea. Everything here is charming and cute.. definitely should go one time at least
everything is good. My favorite is the doughnut & hole, french pressed coffee, and their awesome scrambled eggs
