Denise Clayton will teach you the basics of canning your own food and more in the comfort of her downtown Phoenix studio. Denise's classes are only about $35 and you get to make four different jams, chutneys, and/or pie fillings which you get to take home in your very own jars. She'll even make you lunch. If you feel like kicking back and letting someone else take care of all the heavy lifting she also caters and does event planning. Or for something smaller scale she can contracted to do daily meal deliveries for very reasonable rates. $9 for lunches, $11 for dinners and $7 for dessert.
