The specialty of this clean-lined Japanese delicatessen, all chrome and glass, is sozai, a Japanese concept of meals of many small dishes. Choose from among salads, noodle dishes, and fried items to make up four- or five-item bento boxes at this Embarcadero restaurant, which can be enjoyed at a table on the Ferry Building promenade or taken out. In the evening hours, when Delica Rf-1 transforms from casual Japanese deli to full-service sushi counter, you'll probably hesitate stepping in.
