The 56-acre site includes an eight-and-a-half-acre mangrove swamp; the half-mile Coquina Trail; the three-quarter-mile Mangrove Trail; a rental picnic shelter with grills, water, tables, and electricity; a small playground; and primitive camping is available by reservation to nonprofit groups only.

Individuals can catch the hourly shuttle to the park. The last shuttle departs the island at 4:00pm.
