Imagine touring Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory, only instead of chocolate it’s flowing with beer — cold, craft-brewed beer that makes those little Oompa Loompas a little more annoying than usual, but screw it: There's beer. That's basically what Deep Ellum Brewing Company does every Thursday when it offers tours of its beer-making sanctum. Tour-goers receive a brewery glass, a complimentary beer, live music and a breakdown of how the beer gets made. This Thursday it's Robbie Saunders, AKA Paisley Scott, providing the tunes, with food trucks on-site to sop up the samples.
