The fact that most of the floorspace at Dave's is taken up by brewing equipment should be your first clue that they take their beer pretty seriously here. Besides four in-house craft selections created by microbrew pioneer Dave Harman (including the Old Frog Grog oatmeal stout, the OK Ale, and the Electric Lager), 17 domestics and imports are in stock. And when a regular pint glass won't do, Dave's will pour your beer into a ginormous beer tower that reaches above the 80-ounce mark. That much beer will wash down any of the pub fare and Southwestern-style grub on the menu. Speaking of huge, the Bisbee Nachos are enormous, featuring a dozen toppings stacked high on a mound of tortilla chips.
