With a perpetually slap-happy mega-fan base, an annual summer-long US and European tour, and a ridiculous number of albums under their belts -- eight studio and fifty live, to be exact -- DMB has built a mega-conglomerate around their funk-folk wave of sound that encompasses unquestionable musicianship, blissfully devout fans, and a love for performing, which has kept them a staple on the mainstream music scene since their inception in 1991. From their lengthy improvisational song renditions to the elaborate video and lighting at their live shows, the massive jam band has managed to sell out concert venues year after year, with hardly an end in sight.
