Dallas Observer's Description

Though the menu is tiny--barely a dozen items--the food reflects laser-like focus. Dumplings and arrowroot noodles are precise and well-seasoned; marinated beef ribs are rich and dribbling with juices. Kimchee is killer. Plus, the huge flat screen in the front of the dining room broadcasts Korean dating game shows; at least we think that's what they are.

They feature several kinds of "hangover soup".

During those hot summer months, hit up YouChun for some tasty Korean vittles, namely cold noodles or bibim naengmyeon to cool you off. Don't forget the Kimchee dumplings. Fantastic :)
