Dallas Observer's Description

Yet another Austin transplant, this one serving Texas-style cheesesteaks. That means a lot of jalapeños and Angus beef, as in the Founder's Favorite sandwich, or jalapeños, queso and your choice of beef or chicken in the Texican. They offer more than cheesesteaks, though. For example, there are the burgers and bowls of the cheesy stuff called queso and while you're at it, try the house special mustard blend to condiment your sandwich.

The one on guadealupe was a hangover staple. You can't go wrong with the standard philly and add musturd blend

Here's a nifty tip. Use the chips to scoop up jalapeños & meat that has fallen out of your sandwich.

    Cheesesteaks with mustard. Mmm.

It's just like having lunch on the Drag between class, except that you're not hung over and small people are calling you "Mommy," and OMG WTF HOW DID THAT HAPPEN.

It was good and filling! Good cool weather food! Every bite had steam coming out of it!
