Description

Dallas Observer's Description

Established by former corporate drone Chris Dahlander, this joint aims to man-up salads as a cure to the fast-food lunches frequented by desk jockeys. Sure, you can munch on the usual rabbit food -- Cobb, chef's, garden -- but you can also order the Mexican, which includes applewood-smoked bacon, jalapeño, Monterey Jack, chicken, tortilla strips and the zesty South Texas Salsa or Chipotle Ranch dressing. Or try Snappy Salad's Spa, which is certified as heart-healthy by Medical City Heart. And who should know better than a bunch of docs who work a few miles down the street?

  • Cheapism on 03/11/11

Fresh greens and ingredients are abundant at this salad stop. Create your own “Snap” starting at $6.47 with additions starting at $1.62 or try a menu salad like the salmon Caesar for $8.31.

Yes, you really can eat a Full Snap (large).....I just did! Crazy Good without the guilt.
