Dallas Observer's Description

Mark Alterman and his business partner, Rick Oruch, went to Boston for a little lobster-roll research. There they learned that lobster rolls are about the lobster, not the filler, and that's more or less what they brought back with them when they opened Sea Breeze Fish Market and Grill.

The casual seafood counter-turned-restaurant boasts gunmetal blues, dark woods and a brilliant white-marble bar for a sleek and modern feel, but it's still a comfortable place to eat seafood. In addition to that lobster roll, fried clams and oysters dot the menu. And when Oruchs find fresh, wild-caught fish worth cooking (which is all the time), some great grilled fish dishes come out of the kitchen.
