Description

Dallas Observer's Description

Sure, Neapolitan pizza is all the rage right now, but sometimes you just crave a good ol’ slice of Americana. Piggie Pies on Upper Greenville does classic American-style pizza with a soft, chewy-but-crisp crust loaded with plenty of toppings. (It’s also conveniently located next to Condom Sense, in case you think taking your date out for pizza is gonna get you lucky.) There are also deep-dish and thin-crust options. Get crazy with the Thai Chicken that features peanut sauce, bell peppers and scallions, or the Blackened Chicken with cajun-spiced poultry. The signature Pig Pen comes piled high with pepperoni, sausage, hamburger, Canadian bacon, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers and onions. True little piggies can round out their meals with breadsticks, wings and cheesecake; there are also pasta dishes from cannelloni to chicken parm, while non-piggy-eaters may opt for the Veggie pie with zucchini and broccoli.

Their BBQ chicken pizza is one of the best I've ever had! I absolutely love this place.

Get a small order of breadsticks. There is nothing small about them.

    STAFF IS VERY UNFRIENDLY!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Mediterranean pizza is fucking disgusting. I love the hell out of their regular ole bomb ass pizza though.
