Dallas Observer's Description
Seven years after the original location opened in Plano, the proprietors set up a second shop in Uptown's Gables Villa Rosa development. Owner Peter Kim's restaurant has an upscale menu offered by executive chef Tam Huyn. The portions on the special platters are large. These include the Super Tataki (eight pieces of ahi tuna and eight pieces of flounder, wrapped in radish sprouts and jalapeño with cilantro and ponzu sauce). But if you're going to order from that section, defer to the chef. Request the Chef's Choice Platter. The sushi served in this polished location includes not just stalwart selections but house favorites like the spicy deep-fried Texas Tornado and a pillar of seafood, the Ahi Tuna Tower.

Great late night sushi!
The Louisiana and Shrimp Tempura rolls are divine!
Service is horrible! I really want this place to succeed but I've been 4 times and never had good service. Took 15 min to even get greeted last time I went. On the plus side, lunch bentos rock!
