Dallas Observer's Description

Dallas has a lot of Indian restaurants and many of them are good, but if you’re interested in taking a date to the culinary subcontinent, your options were limited until Mughlai opened in North Dallas. Forget Styrofoam plates and dodgy dining rooms, Mughlai offers up curry in a dining room with tables clad in white linen. The curries here are great and range from the fiery vinadloos of Goa to the spice-driven meat stews of Punjab and Lahore. Bring friends and take advantage of the generously sized tables by filling them with as many curries as you think you can handle, and then two more. Mughlai is the kind of restaurant where you can get lost in the menu, and copper karahis turned into serving dishes make sharing different items a breeze.
