Dallas Observer's Description

The words chicken and rice conjure a utilitarian meal meant solely for nutritional survival value. There is certainly simple chicken and rice here. There is also a long list of available Chinese food dishes containing poultry, among them chicken in hot garlic sauce, Hunan chicken and chicken lo mein. The Middle Kingdom eats aren't restricted to the kind that formerly clucked, though. Plates with beef, pork and shrimp are also served. Two of the house specialties, Seafood Delight and House Vegetable Deluxe, have never seen the broadside of a hen house. It doesn't matter. The food is plentiful, even if the hot sauce is extra.

They could give me a fork & napkin with my rice, instead of hoarding them all behind the counter.

Bad customer service. Cheap food. You get what you pay for.
