Miguelito's Mexican Restaurant

Map & Directions 209 Bedford Euless Road
Hurst, TX 76053
  • Catering, Patio/Sidewalk Dining, Takeout

Dallas Observer's Description

Miguelito's restaurant has made a home for itself in the quiet Mid Cities suburb of Hurst since it was opened in 1996 by Michael and Gabby Nevares. You might find its popularity surprising, given its out-of-the-way location. In fact, you might even think you've made a wrong turn until you see the bright red Miguelitos sign that lights the entire block. Even from the street, the fiesta atmosphere can be felt, and once inside, there is usually a Mexican beer or tequila drink in the hand of every bargoer -- even the ones salsa dancing on the narrow dance floor. The restaurant is still owned and operated by the Nevares family, and it's apparent that they've gone to great lengths to give Miguelitos its cabana-like atmosphere.
