Dallas Observer's Description
Italian mix-and-matched to-go dishes are what attract patrons here; for example, chipotle cream sauce and arrabbiata over several homemade flavored pastas. Among the macaroni variations are spinach, cracked pepper and garlic and herb. Of course, if plain angel hair is your thing, the staff will oblige. But the namesake ravioli available in 12 flavors, including black bean, lobster with roasted garlic and the traditional, are the standouts. Customers also have the option of taking and baking many of this Park Cities' favorites. These include customizable pizzas as well as veal with rosemary lasagna, chicken tetrazzini topped with roasted almonds, and the King Ranch (chicken in a cream sauce with Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese). Can't make it to the shop? Local Whole Foods locations carry up to six kinds of its pre-packaged products.
