Dallas Observer's Description

In the world of ultra lounges, bigger is better - at least according to Walter Minhoto, manager of Uptown's massive club Glass. He claims that the 58-foot bar is the largest in the city, and the chandelier that hangs in the adjacent room is the largest in any Texas club. Outfitted with sleek marble floors and walls, Glass would feel like a museum were it not for the neon lasers shooting from the ceiling. The VIP sections offer bottle service and sit in the center of the main room, divided from the not-so-VIP area by hanging beads. The beads don't offer much privacy, but who doesn't want to be seen at a place called Glass?

  • Dallas Foodie (. on 07/24/11

No one dances because the music sucks. Too techno. Big line at the door for no reason- plenty of space inside.

  • Matt R. on 07/18/11

Absolute worst dj's why am I listening to bad to the bone at 11. I know it's early, but way to get it going. rather blow $ at a pub & make my own party

  • Nik on 07/25/11

The crowd is worse than candleroom and the music is the worst in Dallas. Big waste of a sat night.

  • Dev on 03/09/13

This place is unprofessional and David, their general manager is pretty much a bitch of a man. Horrible establishment. HORRIBLE.
