Dallas Observer's Description

No, you're not in a dockside oyster shack where the morning's catch gets dropped outside the kitchen door daily -- though it does feel like it. It's bountiful and affordable -- the lunch specials run in the double digits, won't cost you an arm and a peg leg and come either "fried golden brown" or "grilled & blackened" (even the burger and fries). The place reels 'em with its Lakewood nautically themed shop where shrimp seems to be a requisite ingredient in everything from the avocado-shrimp salad and Buffalo shrimp to the alfredo pasta and $10 Shrimpfest platter (with three kinds of shrimp). There's more to Fish Bone than minute crustaceans. Crab legs, catfish and fish and chips, not to mention the homemade hushpuppies, are standouts with patrons.
