Description

Dallas Observer's Description

The coolest thing about Chill Bar in Grapevine is a long metal piece that juts out of the wooden bar like a train track, covered with frost. On a recent visit one Sunday afternoon, I ordered a beer (the bar doesn’t offer a wide variety). The bartender pulled it from the frost-covered tap, hung a lime from the rim of the glass and set it right in the frost. Not much stands out about the rest of the bar. The exterior is built entirely of raw sheet metal, and inside there are flatscreen TVs and a small DJ booth built into the corner.
