The beauty of Texas can be experienced with a hike through the 630-acre preserve. Along the way you can view ponds, wildflowers & a butterfly garden before arriving at vistas & an observation tower.

Love this great hiking spot! Our favorite trail is Fossil Ridge.

One of the best woodsy-outdoor escapes in Dallas County. There are picnic tables, miles of hiking trails & a nice little pond. (And poison ivy off trail, you've been warned). It's closed on Mondays.

Take water, but if you pack it in then pack it out!

    Be sure to keep hydrated
