Okay, so there are a lot of Indian restaurants right now in downtown Minneapolis. Some offer fusion cuisine while some are more traditional, some are posh while others are casual. Most are pretty tasty. Which ones will survive the next year or so? While the economy and business management decide the fate of the downtown scene, bar-hoppers should take advantage of each location while it lasts. Those craving Indian with a dash of fusion should check out Dancing Ganesha, which offers a generous happy hour, or "Karma Hour," from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. every day. Be sure to sit at the bar, which glows a Smurfy blue, and either chat with friends or zone out and watch sports on the flatpanel televisions. During happy hour, guests can enjoy $2 beers, $5 wine and appetizers, $7 select curries, and half off any drinks from the bar. This includes items from the fun cocktail menu.
