It might be out in the boonies, but if it's near your stomping grounds, Cypress Saloon is certainly worth a two-steppin' stop. With live music Friday and Saturday, Wednesday karaoke and a Thursday open mike, boots and spurs aren't required but will hardly be out of place. Cypress' barn-like room boasts a stage with a giant projection screen overhead, and space for both dancers and sippers. When big names float through, the roomy patio takes care of the crowd overflow, while a game room in the back (complete with its own bar) provides non-musical entertainment.
