This food truck serves up Indian street food and Indo-American hybrids like tikka masala burritos with pickled onions and fenugreek and Indian-Trinidadian garbanzo-filled frybread. Dishes like the "inside-out" samosas can be a mess, but the kathi roll stuffed with minced beef is good in a sloppy-spicy joe way.
