That's why she created Cupcake Royale, a veritable cupcake empire with locations downtown and in Capitol Hill, Madrona, Ballard, West Seattle, and Bellevue. Her white and chocolate cakes are pretty, but the more exotic the flavor (lavender, peppermint patty, red velvet, salter caramel), the giddier you'll get.
