Notably, Cucina Colore's happy hour features the small plates popular in Venice called cicchetti. And while the lineup of cicchetti here might include some familiar happy hour fare, including bruschetta and chicken wings, it also has more adventurous choices, such as asparagus tartufo with truffled egg salad and speck, and salmon scapece with watermelon, avocado and tomato. None of the offerings costs more than seven bucks; at these prices, Cucina Colore can call them whatever they want. We dare you to ask for mozzarella sticks and a PBR.
