Description

At this point, you may know Tom Colicchio from Bravo's reality show Top Chef, but a visit to his James Beard Award-winning restaurant is a lot more enjoyable. In an age of overwrought menu descriptions, Craft offers dishes like "Wild Striped Bass" and "Sirloin." Simple as it sounds, there are no gimmicks to hide behind. Family style plates are built around a central ingredient, but the preparation is anything but boring.
