Coyotes Bar

Description

Amid the strip of bars, restaurants, and clubs in downtown Hollywood is Coyotes Bar, an open-air casual watering hole. A long mural of party-hoppers runs on the wall directly above the wave-shaped bar, wooden high tops are scattered throughout, and a sliding-glass door separates the bars. Candles scatter various tables, and artsy lamps dangle from underneath the bar. The electronic jukebox spits out ’90s rock and pop hits; occasionally, a tipsy patron can be heard singing along. Except for the burly bouncers guarding the entrance, the staff is completely female. Locals and tourists mix together sharing conversations over beer and liquor while their dogs laze around on the patio.
