Description

Cove is wholly inside Haven, but it's a standalone restaurant in most ways. You can't order Haven's food inside of Cove and vice versa, but you can enjoy a smartly edited selection of wines and cocktails along with the most substantial and interesting raw bar in the city. Here you'll find not only ceviche or sashimi, but also Italian crudos and American tartares, Cook Islands ika mata and Greek oktapodi, and a few creations all Cove's own like the cheeky Chicken of the Sea with raw tuna, dehydrated brussels sprouts, pickled mushrooms, watermelon radish and jalapeƱos.
