Description

Unwound bolts of white, drapey fabric (cotton, we presume) valance like birthday streamers off the ceiling of this new, narrow Chelsea club. Without a solid lineup of DJs or performers, itas hard to tell if Cotton will carve a niche of its own. Regardless, this place is classic enough in its navy-blue-and-white sailor-suit decor that itall surely soak up a bit of the Gramercy and Chelsea late-night crowd who are oh-so-sick of Avalon.
