The newest three star in the old Montrachet space. This cozy little restaurant and space is still owned by the legendary restuarantuer Drew Nieporent with a new Chef Paul Liebrant. Its a good example of the modern unpretentious wave of NYC fine dinning that was starting to get lost. This place is smart in everyway with people that whos care for what they are doing and their desire to make you happy, comfortable and wanting to leave happy is apparent from beginning to end.
