If North Texas has a wine capital, Grapevine is it. The Mid Cities suburb holds an annual wine festival highlighting Texas wines, and right in the middle of it all sits Cork It, a wine bar with an extensive collection available not only by the glass but by the half-glass and even by the ounce. One entire wall is covered with a special dispenser that regulates the pour, making it easy for patrons to sample the many varieties. On the other side of the room is a casual cafe where menu items are paired with different wines. Patrons can also purchase bottles of wine to go.
