Copa looks like a Mexican restaurant without the tablesÂ…or the Mexican food. Serving lunch Monday through Saturday as well as a late-night menu, it offers such favorites as burgers, wings and fish baskets to Tejano music during the week and hip-hop on weekends. A club with Latin flair and a Top 40 spin, red-lit arches and brown-sponged walls cradle a dance floor with plenty of bar space under metallic neon palm trees. On Two-Dollar Tuesday, selections behind the bar and from the kitchen are on special, and three-dollar shots are always available.
