It only makes sense that the Chihuly Garden and Glass restaurant would put as much artistic effort into their food as they do their exhibits. The food is all local and fresh, and manages to put new twists on cliché dishes. The watermelon salad with greens, balsamic vinaigrette, pistachios, and ricotta salata is a high point, along with the brown butter salmon. Can't pay the $19 ticket to see the museum? Just go for lunch, and view a number of Chihuly pieces on display in the restaurant.
