A lot of power behind this one: Phil Cobb (Black-Eyed Pea), Janet Cobb (Mi Piaci, Salve), Chris Andrews (Holy Smokes) and Dotty Griffith (former Dallas Morning News food critic). The brisket is smoky and other meats nice and moist, although the sausage can be salty. Side items hit and miss.
