Description
Cliff's Hideaway is a typical dive bar: tucked into a corner of a strip mall, dimly lit, filled with locals and home to heavily poured cocktails-perhaps the doing of the "Bartender Psycho" referred to on the warning sign behind the bar. Cliff's features a wide selection of liquors, six draft beers and about a dozen bottled brews. Drink specials are written on a dry-erase board near the front door and change sporadically, with cocktails going for as low as $2. The wood-panel walls, dingy green carpet, rickety barstools, dartboards and dented billiards table give Cliff's the feel of somebody's converted-garage game room-as do the scattering of flat-screen and tube TVs.
