This cozy, intimate Scottsdale lounge is all about its craft cocktails: a lambic sorbet made from raspberry-flavored beer, then turned into a slushy by an old-fashioned paint-can shaker; a berry-and-lemonade punch made with hand-stirred dry ice; and a gin-and-tonic cooked up in a double boiler from 100-proof vodka distilled over dried juniper berries, lemon rinds, and cardamom. There are drinks here made from cotton candy, or fire, or with tiny bottles of bitters inverted into them.
