Who wants bacon? Hand-cut bacon is one of the hot items at Citizen Café, which brings in pork from a small producer in Iowa. The husband-and-wife team (he does the cooking, she handles the payroll) is committed to locally sourcing all the food and making everything from scratch. They even hand-grind the sirloin burgers, which they promise are excellent. Dinners are priced around $10 to $15.
