Description

The Circle Line is perfect during the spring and summer. The weather is nice, which makes the tour enjoyable. It's also not bad during the winter. Why? Because not a lot of people want to be on a boat on the Hudson in 15-degree weather. The rates are cheap, the views are breathtaking, and the guides are funny and well informed. All in all, it is a great deal. Just donat go for a swim.
