If you're one of those people who love meat but don't enjoy the crowds and tumult of hulking churrascarias like Green Field or Brasilia Grill, give this tiny place a try. The mayo-drenched salad bar that begins the meal functions as a belly-filling distraction, of course, so make yourself a nice Romaine salad, then plunge into the meat orgy. The evening selection typically runs to five or six skewer-borne beef choices, plus chicken legs and excellent pork sausage. Best of the beef is top sirloin (picanha), with skirt steak a close second. Ask for it rare, and the waiter will comply.
