Description

Winston Churchill famously took more from alcohol than it took from him. You can try to do the same at this namesake bar that's decorated like a fancy WWII bomb shelter -- artificially battered lamps, heavy ropes suspended from the ceiling, concrete floor, etcetera (though can someone please tell us why they have an American flag on the wall?) -- with a crowd that tends to be as trendy as the interior design.
