"Sha-bam," says the blond guy who works at Chungee's when he brings your Tiger beer to your table. "Boss," he says when you order your General Tso's chicken. He looks and acts like an aging Spicoli. He is awesome. "Chow mein noodles are like this wide, this distance between my thumb and my finger," he tells one customer, demonstrating. "Chow fun noodles are wider. They're both really good noodles," he adds. "I never liked zucchini, you know, cucumbers, I never liked them," he says. "They're always cooked to a mush. But here they cook them really lightly, and I eat them here." The space is filled with Spicoli's chatter. The beer keeps coming, the food is tasty. The phone rings. Spicoli answers it. "He said something in Chinese which I did not understand," he says, handing the phone to the Chinese woman in the kitchen.
