Description

The name of this place is so goofy it sounds like it was deliberately chosen to draw people who want to go to a Chinese restaurant but not eat authentic Chinese food. And yet, Chopsticks' menu is full of jellyfish and pig's intestines, as well as more recognizable American strip-mall grub. The kitchen always seems to be out of about half of what's on that menu, but once you find something you like, the portion size and careful control of flavors and textures more than make up for any petty annoyances.

The "American Chinese" restaurant is just about extinct, now that everyone is eating stir-fry noodles and lettuce wraps and even Grandma has the occasional yen for gingered pork dumplings.
