Description

This is the original location of what is now a large national chain -- the first to specialize in fast, fresh Mexican food. The giant burrito is the main draw, although tacos are also available. Order either one and then be prepared to answer some questions: what kind of salsa (mild, medium or hot, and we do mean hot), and do you want cheese or sour cream in that? During peak times, the folks behind the counter can get behind, but the food is always good. Call for other locations.

To create the classic, Chipotle braises beef in a liquid rife with chipotles, cumin, cloves and garlic until it softens and shreds and absorbs every bit of flavor. Tacos
your choice of three crispy corn or soft flour tortillas with meat, salsa, cheese or sour cream and romaine lettuce.
 
Chicken
naturally raised, marinated in our chipotle adobo, then grilled.
 
Barbacoa
naturally raised beef. braised for hours, then shredded
 
Vegetarian
includes our freshly made guacamole and vegetarian black beans.
 
Burrito Bowl
just like a burrito, but served in a bowl with no tortilla.
 
Salad
chopped romaine lettuce with choice of beans, meat, salsa and cheese, with chipotle-honey vinaigrette.
 
Steak
